There are so many lakes in the Eagle River area, in open water season, you can actually fish a different lake or stream every day and never the same one twice.

These waters are home to muskellunge, walleye, perch, trout, small-mouth and large-mouth bass, sauger, northern pike, and a variety of panfish such as crappie, pumpkinseed and bluegill.

There are many experienced guides in the area to help put you on the fish you seek. Or simply launch a boat, stroll along the shoreline or, in winter, explore a frozen lake in search of an ice-fishing hot spot.

Protect our fisheries: Due to the increasing threat to our natural water resources by the spread of aquatic invasive species, you are required to clean and disinfect your boat, trailer and equipment before you launch to ensure you are not transporting invasive plants or animals.
