The Wild Eagle Lodge is proud to now offer snowshoe rentals to our guests. As you can see from the photo Julie could not wait to try out our new toys! If you are looking for a way to get out and enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods in the winter snowshoeing, is a great way go. We have sizes for the whole family; all you need is some winter clothing and a pair of boots to take part in this winter activity. There are numerous trails in and around the Eagle River area. The snowshoes are $10 per pair for a 24 hour period; you can contact us at 1-877-945-3965 if you have any questions. In case you have not heard the Eagle River area received about 8-10” of snow, and with the snowmobile trails not opening for another week this is a great time to come up and try snowshoeing for the first time.
